The Cam Camp Player of the Year Competition is part of a fundraising campaign for CamCamp, a United States 501(c)(3) public charity (Federal Tax ID #47-2558642). CamCamp will retain exclusive custody and control over all donations raised during the Competition. This campaign also benefits Work It Well Project, a 501(c)(3) charity organization (theworkitproject.org), and Kedu Africa, a non-profit charity organization (keduafricatv.com), both serving their communities through youth empowerment and development programs.

CamCamp has retained Ovrall99 Management, Corp, a professional sports management firm. Ovrall99 Management, Corp will receive, as costs, expenses and fees, a portion of the funds raised through this solicitation campaign. A copy of the financial statement of CamCamp and a copy of its contract with Ovrall99 will be provided upon request. Information regarding the respective percentages that will be paid to CamCamp and to Ovrall99 is available from the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation. Ovrall99 files a financial report for each campaign it conducts. Copies of these financial reports are available from the California Office of Consumer Affairs.
